Fireproof Safe for A4 Documents

The Crinwaki Fireproof Safe XL is a double-layer steel box with fire-insulating material between the walls. It uses a simple key lock and a plastic carry handle for portable security. The unit is finished in a scratch-resistant black powder coat. It is built for home, office or vehicle storage of passports, cash and important papers.

Key Lock and Carry Handle

The key turns counter-clockwise to open the lid without combinations or batteries. A moulded plastic handle allows the box to be moved from room to car or cabinet. No software or extra accessories are included in the package. The lock mechanism relies solely on the two supplied keys.

Interior Capacity and Limits

Inside measures 11.8 by 9.65 by 3.43 inches, so A4 and letter sheets lie flat without folding. The 3.43-inch depth fits tablets, passports and small electronics but not bulky binders or laptops. Fire resistance comes from the insulated steel sandwich rather than a certified rating. Buyers needing verified fire endurance or larger volume should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long does the fire insulation inside the double-layer steel walls remain effective?

The box uses a reinforced double-layer cold-rolled steel structure with fire-insulating material sandwiched between the layers to protect contents during a fire.

What is the first limit reached when the safe is fully loaded with documents?

The interior measures 11.8 x 9.65 x 3.43 inches and fits A4 and letter papers flat, so the volume of that space is the capacity limit.

Does the powder-coated steel exterior become hot to the touch during a fire?

The fire-insulating material is sandwiched between double steel layers on all four sides to resist heat transfer to the outside surface.
