Crown Needle Rib Wipe Scrape Mat 48 x 72 Gray

This 48 by 72 inch gray wiper scraper mat suits offices and indoor entryways needing dirt and moisture control. Ribbed polypropylene needle fibers trap debris before it spreads across floors. The vinyl backing keeps the mat in position on carpet or hard surfaces. It handles light to medium foot traffic in commercial settings.

Rugged grooves and ribbed fibers actually trap

The needle rib surface captures particles and moisture at the doorway so they are not tracked further inside. Beveled edges lower trip hazards while the non skid vinyl backing prevents shifting during use. A wear resistant color fast construction maintains appearance over time. The surface contains fifty percent total recycled content.

Lay flat on clean floor for immediate use

Installation requires only unrolling the rectangular mat onto the intended indoor area. The heavy vinyl backing grips without adhesives or fasteners. Curling at the edges can occur if the mat is stored rolled for long periods before deployment. Allow it to relax fully flat before expecting full contact across the 0.38 inch thickness.

Questions about this item

How often will the polypropylene needle fibers need replacing under light-to-medium foot traffic?

The wear-resistant, color-fast design is built for light- to medium-traffic indoor use, so the fibers should not require scheduled replacement under normal conditions.

What is the first limit you hit when the mat runs all day in a busy entrance?

The 0.38-inch pile and vinyl backing are rated for light- to medium-traffic areas; sustained heavy traffic will exceed the intended duty cycle first.

Does the 48-by-72-inch vinyl-backed mat generate heat or odor when left in place continuously?

The polypropylene surface and vinyl backing are inert materials that produce no heat, noise or odor during continuous indoor use.
