Handcrafted Silver Comic Frame

This handcrafted wood frame with a silver finish holds twelve current-era comic books published after 1985. The overall dimensions are 51 by 24.5 inches with a 0.75 inch moulding width. Acid-free white matting and nesting foam secure each 7.25 by 10.5 inch book.

Collectors Wanting UV Protection

Comic collectors who want a ready-to-hang display with UV acrylic shielding will appreciate the included hanging hardware and protective front. Buyers needing to display larger books, different quantities, or a different finish should look at other options.

Stable Wall-Mounted Display

The frame ships with foam board backing and nesting foam that keep comics flat and immobile once mounted. UV acrylic reduces fading from ambient light during long-term display. The rigid wood construction maintains its shape on the wall without warping.

Questions about this item

Which comic books fit inside the 12-opening silver collage frame?

Current Era comics published after 1985 measuring 7.25" x 10.5" fit the pre-cut mat openings.

Will the 51" x 24.5" frame sit flush on my existing picture rail?

The moulding is 0.75" deep so it projects slightly from the wall; check your rail clearance.

How do I verify the UV acrylic is protecting the books once hung?

The acrylic ships with a protective film — peel it off and the surface should feel smooth and clear with no haze.
