The CyberPower CRA50002 is a 1U fixed cantilever shelf that mounts to standard 19-inch racks. It provides a 13-inch deep platform for monitors or IT equipment that lack their own rack ears. The shelf accepts up to 40 lbs of hardware and ships with the required mounting hardware. It fits both two-post and four-post rack frames.

Upgrade from makeshift stacking

This shelf replaces ad-hoc setups where gear sits on the rack floor or on unstable brackets. The jump is worth it when equipment without rack mounts must be secured in a standard 19-inch enclosure. Two units can be mounted back-to-back on a two-post open frame to form a deeper continuous surface. The 5-year limited warranty covers the shelf structure.

Sustained load behaviour

The fixed steel construction maintains its shape under continuous 40 lb loading without sagging over time. Because the cantilever design transfers weight directly to the rack posts, stability depends on the rack being properly anchored. No moving parts or ventilation features are present, so thermal behaviour is dictated by the equipment placed on the shelf.
