12 V 5 A desktop power adapter
The CyberPower DC-5000mAh adapter converts AC 100-240 V to a regulated 12 V DC output at up to 5 A, delivering 60 W through a 5.5 × 2.5 mm barrel plug that also fits 5.5 × 2.1 mm devices. A 3.5 ft AC cord and a 3.6 ft DC cord give flexible placement for CCTV cameras, LED strip lights, routers and similar 12 V equipment. The unit measures 5.8928 cm × 7.6962 cm × 17.7038 cm and weighs little enough for travel.
Replaces lost or undersized 12 V bricks
Swap out a failed original supply or upgrade from a lower-amperage adapter when your device draws closer to the 5 A limit. The built-in short-circuit, overload and thermal protection guards connected gear, and the 100 % copper 40 × 0.15 mm conductors reduce voltage drop over the cable run. The flame-retardant shell adds durability for permanent installations.
Installers powering 12 V cameras, strips or routers
Ideal for technicians and home users who need a single UL-listed brick for multiple 12 V loads up to 60 W. Not suited for devices requiring more than 5 A, higher voltages, or proprietary multi-pin connectors. Buyers needing PoE injection, battery backup or rack-mount form factors should look at other product types.

Questions about this item
What barrel jack size does the DC output use, and will it fit my 2.1 mm or 2.5 mm device?
The adapter includes a 5.5 mm outer, 2.1 mm inner male barrel plug plus a female DC connector that also accepts 2.5 mm inner pins, so it fits both common sizes.
How do I connect the AC side correctly, and what polarity must I observe on the DC plug?
Plug the 3.3 ft US three-prong cord into a 100-240 V 50/60 Hz outlet; the DC barrel has centre-positive (inner +, outer -) polarity — reverse it and the device will not power.
What parts wear out first and how do I know when to replace the unit?
The 3.6 ft DC cable and the internal thermal fuse are the main wear items; if the adapter becomes unusually hot, output voltage drops under load, or the cable jacket cracks, replace the whole unit.
