Medical-grade battery backup delivers 1100 VA and 880 W with hospital-grade outlets, isolation transformer and UL 60601-1 testing
Model M1100XL
The CyberPower M1100XL is a 1100VA battery backup tested to UL60601-1 for use in patient-care vicinities. It delivers 880 watts of output power at 120V to keep sensitive medical devices running during outages. The unit includes hospital-grade plugs and outlets plus an internal isolation transformer that limits leakage current and line noise.
A tip-resistant mini-tower chassis houses user-replaceable sealed lead-acid batteries rechargeable in under eight hours. The multifunction LCD panel is sealed behind a clear membrane so it withstands routine cleaning fluids without liquid ingress. Six NEMA 5-15R-HG outlets and a 5-15P-HG input plug provide secure, grounded connections for clinical gear.
Input voltage must stay within 90 to 150V and frequency between 57 and 63 Hz for correct operation. Runtime is 25 minutes at half load and 10 minutes at full load, so verify your equipment draw matches the required backup window. Management uses USB or serial ports with PowerPanel Business Edition software; ensure your systems support one of these interfaces.

Other versions of this model
The USB and serial ports connect to PowerPanel Business Edition software for real-time status, event logging, and graceful shutdown of attached servers or workstations during extended outages.
The tip-resistant mini-tower sits on a shelf or floor; allow clearance around the sealed LCD panel and six hospital-grade outlets for cable routing and cleaning access.
Plug the 5-15P-HG hospital-grade cord into a grounded 120 V receptacle, connect loads to the 5-15R-HG outlets, then run the initial battery calibration so runtime estimates are accurate.
