The Tripp Lite OMNI900LCD is a 900 VA line-interactive tower UPS rated for 475 watts of output. It suits desktop workstations, networking gear and home-office equipment that need short-duration battery backup and automatic voltage regulation.

Outlets, input plug and software

Eight NEMA 5-15R outlets are provided, four with battery-backed surge protection and four with surge-only protection. The unit connects to a 120 V wall receptacle through a NEMA 5-15P plug and communicates with a host computer via a USB port for PowerAlert monitoring and alarm control.

Battery runtime and replaceability

At full load the internal valve-regulated lead-acid battery delivers three minutes of runtime; at half load it extends to ten minutes. The user-replaceable RBC51 cartridge allows the UPS to stay in service after the original cells reach end of life.
