Provides 2200 VA / 1800 W double-conversion sine-wave power with configurable output, 10.3 min half-load runtime, and seven outlets in a 2U rack/tower unit
The CyberPower OL2K2RTHD is a 2200 VA, 1800 W online UPS designed for servers, networking gear and sensitive electronics that require continuous sine-wave power. Its double-conversion topology isolates connected loads from input anomalies without ever switching to battery. The unit fits a 2U rack space or stands as a tower with an auto-rotating colour LCD.
Moving to this UPS is worth it when equipment cannot tolerate any transfer time or voltage distortion during brownouts, sags or generator transitions. The 0.82 power factor delivers more usable watts per VA than many older designs, and the 710 joule surge rating adds a layer of front-end protection. It replaces setups that rely on automatic voltage regulation alone.
At half load the internal batteries provide 10.3 minutes of runtime; at full load the figure is 3.1 minutes. Recharge to 90 percent takes four hours. For longer outages the optional BP36VL2U01 extended battery module can be daisy-chained up to ten units deep. Seven outlets — six NEMA 5-20R and one NEMA L5-20R — support configurable output voltages of 100, 110, 115, 120 or 125 VAC.
Measured against everything we stock in Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Yes, the unit includes hardware for 2U rack installation and also ships with adjustable feet for tower placement.
Connect the input cord to a NEMA 5-20R branch circuit first, then power the UPS on; many users forget to enable the output outlets via the LCD before plugging in loads.
Plan on replacing the internal batteries every three to five years; the BP36VL2U01 extended battery module can be daisy-chained for additional runtime.
