Rack or tower UPS delivers 1500 VA pure sine-wave power with eight NEMA 5-15R outlets and 6.5 minutes runtime at full load
The CyberPower PR1500RT2UCN is a line-interactive uninterruptible power supply rated at 1500 VA and 1500 W. It delivers a pure sine-wave output at 100, 110, 120 or 125 VAC with ±5 % regulation, making it suitable for ENERGY STAR 6.0 systems with active PFC power supplies. The unit accepts an input range of 75 to 149 VAC at 47 to 63 Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 10 ft cord.
Eight NEMA 5-15R receptacles provide both surge protection and battery backup for connected equipment. A serial port and a dry-contact interface allow integration with PowerPanel Business software for monitoring and automated shutdowns. The 2U form factor fits standard racks or can stand as a tower, and the toolless front panel with captive screws gives quick access to the replaceable sealed lead-acid battery.
Automatic voltage regulation corrects minor fluctuations between 75 and 149 VAC without draining the battery, preserving runtime for true outages. At full load the unit runs for 6.5 minutes, while at half load it provides 18.2 minutes of backup. The battery recharges from 0 to 90 % in three hours. Audible alarms signal battery mode, low battery, overload, overcharge and fault conditions.

At full load the internal sealed lead-acid batteries provide 6.5 minutes of runtime, giving a short window to save work and initiate a graceful shutdown.
The unit uses fan-assisted cooling and line-interactive topology with AVR, so fans typically run at low speed on utility power and increase only during battery operation or heavy charging.
It provides one serial port and one dry-contact port; the included PowerPanel Business software connects through these interfaces for status alerts and scheduled shutdowns.
