Rack-mount sine-wave UPS delivers 1500 VA and 1500 W with eight NEMA 5-15R outlets and a network management card
The CyberPower PR1500RTXL2UCN is a 2U line-interactive uninterruptible power supply rated at 1500 VA and 1500 W. It delivers a pure sine-wave output at 100/110/120/125 VAC with a tolerance of ±5 %. Eight NEMA 5-15R receptacles provide both battery backup and surge protection, fed by a 10 ft NEMA 5-15P input cord. The unit includes a pre-installed RMCARD205 network management card for remote monitoring via PowerPanel Business software.
This UPS suits administrators who need rack-mountable battery backup with sine-wave output for sensitive electronics and network-based management. Sealed lead-acid batteries are user-replaceable and recharge to 90 % in three hours. Audible alarms signal battery mode, low battery, overload, overcharge and fault conditions. Buyers who require longer runtime at full load or an input voltage range above 149 VAC should consider other units.
The topology maintains a clean sine waveform with output voltage held within ±5 % of the selected nominal value. This level of regulation protects connected equipment from harmonic distortion and voltage deviations that can cause errors or hardware stress in servers, storage arrays and networking hardware.
