Ready-to-Use Vinyl Spackling Paste

D.A.P. 12132 Vinyl Spackling Paste is a white, pre-mixed compound for patching holes and cracks in drywall, plaster, wood, brick and stucco. The 1 qt tub is intended for interior repairs and small projects. It is ready to apply straight from the container. Clean-up is simple with water while the material is wet.

For Interior Patchwork, Not Structural Work

This paste suits homeowners and tradespeople filling nail holes, hairline cracks or minor surface imperfections before painting. It adheres to the listed porous substrates and dries to a hard, sandable finish in about five hours. Builders needing structural fill, exterior-grade flexibility or a product rated for high-traffic floors should select a different compound.

Flash Point Above 200 Degrees Fahrenheit

The material has a flash point greater than 200 degrees Fahrenheit and a service temperature range of 0 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. These figures indicate low flammability risk during storage and use in normal indoor conditions. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the formulation contains a chemical known to the state to cause cancer and reproductive harm.
