D.A.P. 59190 Flexible Floor Patch & Leveler, 1 gal, Pail, Light Gray

Floor Patch & Leveler for Concrete and Wood

D.A.P. 59190 Flexible Floor Patch & Leveler is a cement-based paste designed to fill and level concrete, plywood and wood subfloors before new flooring is installed. The 1-gallon pail covers approximately three square feet at a quarter-inch depth. It suits installers and homeowners preparing surfaces for tile, carpet or resilient floor coverings.

Cement Paste in a Resealable Pail

The light-gray compound arrives as a ready-to-use paste in a pail that keeps material workable between jobs. Application is performed with standard trowels or floats on clean, sound substrates. Full cure and maximum traffic readiness are reached in six hours, allowing same-day progress on renovation schedules.

VOC Content and Cure Constraints

VOC content is 34 g/L and flash point is 212 degrees Fahrenheit, figures that satisfy many indoor-air-quality requirements. The six-hour working window limits the area that can be finished in a single mix, so large rooms demand staged application. California Proposition 65 warnings note chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm, requiring appropriate protective equipment during use.
