Extend Ethernet links with ten couplers

This pack contains 10 DARKROCK RJ45 couplers that join two Ethernet cables into a longer run. Each coupler is a female-to-female adapter supporting Cat7, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 networks. Nickel-plated contacts resist oxidation and the snap-in retaining clip holds each plug firmly. No drivers or configuration are needed.

Suits installers extending existing cable runs

The couplers suit installers who need to bridge two shorter cables without pulling new wire. They also help home users relocate a router or device beyond the reach of a single patch lead. Buyers who require shielded couplers for high-interference environments or who need a different connector type should look elsewhere.

Check cable category and connector condition

Verify that both cables you intend to join use RJ45 plugs and are rated Cat5 or higher. Confirm the plugs latch cleanly so the retaining clip can engage. Ensure the combined cable length stays within the limits of your network standard.
