Replacement Lamp for BrightLink 595Wi

The DataStor ELPLP80 module is a new UHE lamp rated at 245 watts and supplied as a complete housing assembly. It is intended for owners of the Epson BrightLink 595Wi projector who need a direct replacement that fits without extra tools or alignment steps.

Pre-assembled Housing and Quality Testing

Because the bulb ships already mounted in its housing, installation is limited to opening the projector door and sliding the module into place. Each unit is checked to ISO 9001 criteria covering beam performance, ignition voltage, electrical connections and run-time, so the projector should recognise the lamp immediately and report hours correctly.

Rated Life and Usage Limits

In normal mode the lamp is rated for 4,000 hours; switching to economy mode extends the rating to 6,000 hours. Classrooms or meeting rooms that run the projector continuously for many hours a day will reach the normal limit sooner, while intermittent use with economy settings will keep the lamp running closer to the higher figure. The module is not designed for projectors other than the BrightLink 595Wi.

Questions about this item

What limits continuous operation of the 245W UHE lamp?

How much heat and noise does the 245W lamp produce during all-day projection?

A 245-watt UHE lamp generates significant heat; the projector's cooling fans will run continuously to manage temperature, producing audible fan noise.
