Questions about this item

Will the Dayton PPL2322BG casing cover need periodic replacement due to the Proposition 65 chemicals it contains?

The Proposition 65 warnings address chemical content, not a scheduled maintenance interval; the cover is replaced only if it becomes damaged or worn during normal use.

What is the first limit reached when the Dayton PPL2322BG cover is used continuously on a Grainger 2ZXP9 or 2ZXR7 unit?

The cover is a passive component, so sustained operation is limited by the host machine's duty cycle, not by the cover itself.

Does the Dayton PPL2322BG cover generate any noise, heat or additional power draw when the laundry equipment runs all day?

No, the cover adds no moving parts, electrical load or thermal output; all noise, heat and power come from the Grainger 2ZXP9 or 2ZXR7 unit it protects.
