Replacement Fans for Dell G5 5590 G7 7790

This two-pack supplies the CPU and GPU cooling fans used in Dell G5 5590 and G7 7790 laptops. Each unit matches the original 5 V 0.5 A specification and carries the 0T08W2 0FTV1X NS85C23-18J32 NS85C24-18J33 part identifiers. The set is intended for owners who need to replace worn or noisy original fans.

Direct Fit for Disassembly Repair

The fans install inside the existing chassis using the original mounting points and connectors. No extra brackets, cables or thermal pads are included, so the builder reuses the hardware already present in the laptop. This kit does not suit users who want an external cooling pad or a universal clip-on solution.

Low-Voltage Operation in Confined Space

Running at 5 V and 0.5 A, the fans draw minimal power from the system board. Their slim profile fits the tight clearances between the heatsink and motherboard without altering the acoustic profile beyond normal bearing noise. The pack does not address liquid-cooling conversions or desktop-grade airflow requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the 5 V 0.5 A rating limit how long the fans can run continuously?

The fans draw 0.5 A at 5 V, so power draw stays constant during sustained use.

How much noise or heat do the two fans add when running all day?

Each fan operates at 5 V 0.5 A; acoustic and thermal output depend on your laptop's internal airflow.

Which Dell models and part numbers must I already own for these fans to fit?

Compatible with Dell G5 5590 and G7 7790 using part numbers 0T08W2, 0FTV1X, NS85C23-18J32 or NS85C24-18J33.
