Alienware 17 R4 R5 Replacement Fan

This new replacement fan fits Dell Alienware 17 R4 and R5 laptops using part numbers MG75090V1-C060-S9A or MG75090V1-C070-S9A. It serves as a direct swap for the original CPU and GPU cooling assembly. Each unit is tested before shipping to confirm 100 per cent operation. The package includes one fan ready for installation.

For Owners Needing Exact Part Match

This part suits Alienware 17 R4 and R5 owners whose cooling fan has failed or become noisy. Buyers who need a universal cooler, a different laptop model, or a complete heatsink assembly should look elsewhere. The supplier notes that the manufacturer may vary between Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or others depending on stock. Verify the part number against your original fan before ordering.

Dual Part-Number Compatibility

The decisive specification is compatibility with both MG75090V1-C060-S9A and MG75090V1-C070-S9A part numbers for the Alienware 17 R4 and R5 platform. This single SKU covers the two common variants used in these models. Matching your existing fan to one of these numbers confirms the correct fit. No other specification determines suitability for this replacement.

Questions about this item

How often should the MG75090V1-C060-S9A fan be cleaned or replaced under normal use?

The fan is tested individually before shipping and covered by a 9-month warranty, so replacement is only needed if noise or airflow drops noticeably.

What is the first limit reached when the Alienware 17 R4 R5 runs sustained loads with this cooler?

Thermal headroom of the CPU and GPU becomes the limiting factor once the fan reaches its maximum rated speed.

How much noise and heat does the Forcecon ADDA Sunon Kipo fan produce during all-day operation?

The fan spins only as fast as the laptop's thermal curve demands, keeping acoustic output low while moving enough air to stabilise component temperatures.
