Industrial Mounting Tape

This 1/4 inch by 36 yard clear double coated polyester tape uses a rubber adhesive system for high tack bonding. It is supplied as a case of 144 rolls for volume mounting, splicing and core startup tasks across industrial and commercial environments. The transparent film suits nameplates, signs and diverse substrate joining.

90 oz/in Adhesion Strength

The rubber adhesive delivers 90 ounces per inch of adhesion combined with 10 pounds per inch tensile strength. This specification determines holding power for mounting nameplates, splicing paper, foil, cork, felt, plastic or fabric, and core startup applications where reliable bond integrity is required.

0-180°F Operating Range

The tape withstands temperatures from 0 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit while maintaining 3 mil thickness and 50 percent elongation. This thermal stability allows the rubber adhesive to perform in varied indoor conditions without loss of tack or structural failure during temperature fluctuations.

Questions about this item

What does 90 oz/in adhesion mean when I actually use this tape?

It delivers strong initial grab on metal, plastic, paper and fabric, so nameplates, signs and splices hold immediately without clamping.

How does the rubber adhesive perform across the 0° - 180° Fahrenheit range?

The adhesive stays tacky in freezing conditions and resists softening up to 180 °F, keeping bonds reliable in cold storage or warm production areas.

Will a 1/4" wide roll fit my handheld dispenser?

The 1/4 inch width matches standard desktop and pistol-grip dispensers, and each 36 yard roll loads without modification.
