Practical Limits of the Adhesive and Film

The tape operates reliably between 32 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit, so it is unsuitable for freezer storage or high-heat environments beyond that range. Adhesion measures 17 oz/in and tensile strength is 18 lbs/in, which limits the tape to light cartons, gift wrap, label protection and bundling rather than heavy-duty box sealing. Elongation reaches 160 percent, allowing some stretch before break.

Core Size Decides Dispenser Fit

Rolls in this case are wound on a 3-inch core, so they require a desktop or handheld dispenser that accepts that diameter. Buyers using 1-inch core dispensers cannot load these rolls without an adapter. The 72-yard length per roll reduces change-over frequency for high-volume users.
