  • Case of 24 rolls supplies high-volume packing stations

Box-sealing tape for shipping operations

This case contains 24 rolls of white polypropylene tape measuring 3.1 mil thick and 110 yards long. The acrylic adhesive provides 25 oz/in adhesion and 38 lbs/in tensile strength for securing cartons. It is suited to mailrooms, fulfilment centres and light industrial packing lines.

Simple hand application with standard dispensers

The tape unwinds smoothly on common 3-inch core dispensers and tears cleanly by hand. Acrylic adhesive bonds well to corrugated fibreboard but can lift on dusty, oily or heavily recycled surfaces. Cold environments below -40°F may reduce initial tack until the roll warms up.

Acrylic adhesive limits in extreme conditions

The -40°F to 140°F service range covers most warehouse and transit temperatures. Prolonged exposure above 140°F can soften the adhesive and cause creep. The 160% elongation helps absorb shock but the tape is not designed for structural bonding or outdoor weathering.
