Clear box-sealing tape for high-volume packing

This case supplies 24 rolls of 1.6 mil polypropylene tape with acrylic adhesive. Each roll measures 3 inches wide by 110 yards long. The construction is intended for reliable carton sealing in shipping departments and fulfilment operations.

Replaces thinner tapes that tear

The 1.6 mil thickness gives stronger tensile strength than standard light-duty films. Switching is worthwhile when packages are heavier, transit times are longer or re-taping rates are climbing on existing lines.

Confirm roll width fits your dispenser

Verify that 3-inch rolls seat correctly on the equipment you already run. Check that acrylic adhesive meets any temperature or humidity requirements in your storage environment. Ensure the case quantity matches your reorder cycle.

Questions about this item

What size dispenser core fits the 3‑inch wide rolls?

Standard 3‑inch core dispensers accept the 3‑inch wide rolls; the 1.6 mil film threads through any hand‑held or desktop unit designed for that width.

How do I apply the acrylic adhesive tape so it bonds properly?

Press the tape firmly along the full 110‑yard length after positioning; acrylic adhesive needs consistent pressure across the box flap to reach full bond strength.

When should I replace a roll that still looks usable?

Replace the roll once the 110 yards are exhausted or if the acrylic adhesive loses tack after prolonged storage; each case contains 24 rolls for continuous supply.
