High-Low DC Tissue Tape Case

This case supplies 72 rolls of double-coated tissue tape designed for ATG applicators. It targets packaging lines, mail houses and print shops that need quick, repositionable bonds on paper, foil and film substrates. The acrylic adhesive system delivers a permanent high-tack side and a removable low-tack side for versatile assembly tasks. Each roll measures 1/2 inch wide by 36 yards long.

Sustained Application Performance

The tape maintains its 4.6 oz/in low-tack adhesion and 11 oz/in high-tack adhesion across a -4 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit service range. Its 3.2 mil thickness and zero-percent elongation prevent stretch during continuous dispensing on high-speed equipment. Acrylic chemistry resists oxidation and UV exposure so bond reliability does not degrade during long production runs. The tissue carrier remains stable without adding bulk to finished packages.

Installation and Common Issues

Rolls load directly into standard ATG guns without tools or liner rewinding. Operators must match the high-tack side to the permanent substrate and the low-tack side to the removable component or the bond will not release cleanly. Dust or oils on the surface reduce the low-tack grab, so substrates should be clean and dry before application. Extreme cold below the rated minimum can make the adhesive brittle and difficult to initiate.
