  • 60-yard rolls give long continuous length for high-volume jobs
  • Case of 72 rolls supplies bulk quantity for ATG dispenser workflows

Purpose & fit

This double-coated acrylic transfer tape bonds paper, wood, painted surfaces, glass, metal and plastic. The 72-roll case suits print shops, packaging lines and offices that seal pocket folders or mount posters, mat borders and dust covers on a daily basis. It is not for buyers who need a structural adhesive for heavy loads or a single-roll purchase.

Temperature range & adhesion

The acrylic adhesive holds 52 oz/in and stays effective from -32°F to 250°F, so the tape resists cold storage and heat exposure without losing grip. At 2 mil thickness it adds minimal bulk while keeping the bond line consistent across the listed substrates.

Sustained roll use

Each roll delivers 60 yards of continuous length, reducing change-over frequency during long production runs. The medium-duty formulation is designed for ATG dispenser compatibility and maintains its tack through repeated dispensing cycles rather than only short bursts.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 60-yard rolls into an ATG dispenser without the liner tearing?

Thread the roll so the adhesive side faces the application roller, then advance slowly for the first few inches to keep the release liner intact.

When will the acrylic adhesive lose its 52 oz/in bond strength?

The acrylic formulation resists ageing; expect consistent adhesion for years unless the tape is exposed to temperatures beyond -32 °F or 250 °F.

At what temperature does the tape fail first during continuous outdoor exposure?

Sustained heat above 250 °F softens the adhesive and reduces holding power before cold embrittlement becomes an issue.
