Purpose-built rejection labels

These fluorescent red and black labels measure 1.375" x 2" and come 500 per roll on silicone-coated release paper. They are designed for clear "Rejected By" identification in quality-control workflows. Made in the USA, they ship within two to three days.

Ideal for inspection stations

Quality teams needing high-visibility, pre-printed rejection markers will find the format convenient. Operations that require custom text, different dimensions, or adhesive specifications not listed here should look at alternative label stocks.

Capacity and limits

Each roll supplies 500 labels, providing enough stock for moderate daily inspection volumes. Very high-throughput lines or applications needing waterproof or tamper-evident materials will exceed the capabilities of this paper-based roll.

Questions about this item

What label applicator or printer takes 1.375" x 2" labels on a roll?

Any desktop label printer or hand applicator that accepts 1.375" wide by 2" long labels on a standard roll core will work with these 500 fluorescent red and black labels.

Can I feed these labels through a sheet-fed laser or inkjet printer?

No — they are supplied on a continuous roll with silicone-coated release paper, so they are designed for roll-fed label printers or manual application, not sheet-fed trays.

How do I confirm the labels are dispensing and adhering correctly after loading the roll?

Print a test label, verify the fluorescent red background and black "Rejected By" text are sharp, then peel and stick it to a test surface to check adhesion and alignment.
