What it is and who it fits

Black colored kraft flatback tape supplied in a case of 144 rolls, each 1/4 inch wide by 60 yards long. The rubber adhesive bonds well for book binding, colour coding, identification, decorating and core startup tasks. General purpose smooth backing makes it easy to handle and apply across a variety of office and craft projects. Not suited for applications requiring wider tape, longer rolls or a different adhesive chemistry.

Capacity and headroom

Each roll provides 60 yards of 7.5 mil thick tape with a tensile strength of 51 lbs/in and adhesion of 77 oz/in. That length and strength comfortably handle repeated sealing, bundling and marking jobs without frequent roll changes. Elongation of 4 percent limits stretch, so the tape runs out when the yardage is used rather than stretching further. Heavy industrial strapping or high stress loads exceed its design limits.

Thermals noise and power

Operating temperature range spans 40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, so the adhesive remains reliable in typical indoor and moderate outdoor conditions. No power draw, moving parts or fan noise are involved because this is a passive consumable tape product. Performance stays consistent across the stated range without thermal throttling or acoustic concerns. Extreme cold below 40 degrees or heat above 180 degrees may reduce adhesion effectiveness.
