Critical Spec

The tape measures one-quarter inch wide by 60 yards long and is 7.3 mil thick with a rubber adhesive. It delivers 28 oz/in adhesion and 26 lbs/in tensile strength with 10 percent elongation. A case contains 144 rolls for high-volume shops.

Questions about this item

How does the 7.3 mil thickness and 26 lbs/in tensile strength hold up when the tape is stretched during masking?

The 7.3 mil film resists tearing and the 26 lbs/in tensile strength keeps the tape intact when pulled around curves or over edges.

What does the 28 oz/in adhesion and 325 °F upper limit mean for a bake cycle?

The rubber adhesive delivers 28 oz/in grip and releases cleanly after 30 minutes at 325 °F, leaving no residue on paint or metal.

Will the 1/4" width on a 60-yard roll fit my standard hand dispenser?

The 1/4" width matches common narrow-tape dispensers; each roll holds 60 yards and the case contains 144 rolls.
