Bulk packaging for high-volume use

A case of 96 rolls supplies continuous stock for mailrooms, warehouses and retail counters. Each roll provides 36 yards of 1.7 mil polypropylene tape on a 1-inch core. The acrylic adhesive delivers 17 oz/in adhesion and 18 lbs/in tensile strength. The clear film resists yellowing, moisture, chemicals and aging.

Replaces hand-torn or dispenser-only tapes

The scored edges allow clean tearing without a blade or dispenser, speeding up packing stations and gift-wrap areas. The 160% elongation absorbs shock on bundled parcels. The 32 to 140 degree Fahrenheit range keeps seals intact in cold storage or warm transit. A 72-yard alternative on a 3-inch core exists for heavier dispensers.

Fits standard 1-inch core dispensers

Rolls load directly onto common desktop and handheld tape guns. The ultra-clear finish keeps barcodes and labels readable after overlamination. Acrylic adhesive will not degrade paper or plastic cards over time. Buyers needing wider formats or specialised backings should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What core size does the 3/4" x 36 Yd tape roll fit on?

Each roll is wound on a 1-inch core, so it fits standard desktop dispensers that accept 1-inch cores.

How do you separate a length without scissors?

The scored edges let you tear the tape cleanly by hand; pull the tape taut against the score line for a straight edge.

When will the acrylic adhesive start to yellow or lose stick?

The acrylic adhesive is formulated not to yellow and resists water, chemicals, aging and moisture across the 32°–140° F range.
