Industrial-grade sealing tape

This 1.7 mil polypropylene tape comes in a case of 16 rolls, each 3 inches wide by 72 yards long. The acrylic adhesive delivers 17 oz/in adhesion and 18 lbs/in tensile strength for reliable bundling, tabbing and label protection. The scored edges tear cleanly by hand without a dispenser.

Sustained holding power

The acrylic adhesive resists yellowing, moisture, chemicals and aging so seals stay intact over long periods. With 160% elongation the film stretches before breaking, absorbing shock during transit or handling. It maintains performance across a 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit range.

Low-residue application

The ultra-clear film applies smoothly and leaves minimal residue when removed. No solvents or heat are needed for standard use, keeping work areas clean. The 3-inch core fits common industrial dispensers for efficient high-volume sealing.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.7 mil polypropylene tape generate heat or noise during continuous daily use?

The tape is a passive material with no moving parts, so it produces no noise or heat when applied or stored.

What dispenser core size is required for the 72-yard rolls in this 16-roll case?

Each roll is wound on a 3-inch core, so a standard 3-inch desktop or handheld dispenser is needed.

Will the acrylic adhesive on this 115TA tape bond reliably to older cardboard boxes stored in cool conditions?

The adhesive functions from 32°F to 140°F, so it will stick to cardboard at typical warehouse temperatures.
