Double-Sided Acrylic Foam Tape

This 15 mil gray tape uses acrylic adhesive on both sides for immediate handling strength. It bonds on contact and eliminates mechanical fasteners such as screws or welding. The virtually invisible fastening keeps surfaces smooth for manufacturing trailers, RVs, boats and automotive applications.

Sustained Bonding Performance

The pressure-sensitive adhesive delivers robust initial tack that builds to very high final tack over time. It maintains holding power across the 36-yard roll for continuous converting or assembly lines. The foam core distributes stress to resist vibration and thermal cycling in transportation and elevator manufacturing.

Application Limits and Compatibility

The tape is comparable to 3M 4926, 3M 4920 and HO-BONF6047 for cross-reference purposes. It is not designed for buyers who require a different adhesive chemistry or thickness. Users needing alternative widths or lengths must source separate rolls.
