2" Fluorescent Reject Labels

These self-adhesive circles measure two inches across and come in rolls of 500. The fluorescent red and black colour scheme is designed for high-visibility rejection marking in quality-control workflows. Warehouse staff and inspection teams can apply them quickly to flag non-conforming items.

Paper stock on silicone release liner

The labels use a paper face stock mounted on silicone-coated release paper for clean, consistent dispensing. No power, cooling or noise considerations apply because the product is a passive consumable. Normal indoor storage conditions are sufficient to maintain adhesive performance.

500 labels per roll in a single pack

Each roll delivers 500 ready-to-use circles without additional software, dispensers or mounting hardware. The count supports extended production runs before a roll change is needed. Buyers who need integrated label-printing systems or custom die-cut shapes will require a different solution.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 2" fluorescent red reject labels into my label applicator without misfeeding?

Thread the silicone coated release liner so the labels face outward and the feed sensor detects the gap between each circle; the step most people miss is setting the applicator gap sensor for a 2" diameter round label instead of a rectangular die cut.

What replacement roll do I order when the 500 labels run out?

Reorder the same 2" diameter fluorescent red black reject circle labels on silicone coated release paper, 500 per roll, made in the USA.

At what point does the adhesive stop sticking reliably during a long labelling run?

The adhesive holds for the full 500 label roll under normal indoor use; degradation only appears if the silicone liner is exposed to high humidity or temperatures above typical warehouse conditions for extended periods.
