This clear PVC tape is built for sealing corrugated cartons in packing stations and fulfilment lines. The natural rubber adhesive bonds quickly to recycled and virgin fibre board alike. Supplied as a case of six rolls, it keeps high-volume shippers stocked without frequent reorders.

Practical limits of the PVC construction

The 2.2 mil backing resists splitting under tension but will stretch up to 70 percent before breaking, so very heavy or over-filled boxes may need reinforcement. Adhesion of 18 oz/in holds reliably from minus 4 °F up to 158 °F, yet extreme cold can slow initial tack and prolonged heat may soften the adhesive over time.

Capacity and headroom for daily throughput

Each 1000-yard roll seals hundreds of standard cartons, giving a six-roll case enough length for extended production runs. The 22 lbs/in tensile strength handles normal single-wall and double-wall boxes, but pallet-scale loads or sharp-edged contents will exceed the tape’s design envelope.
