  • Durable 1.9 mil polypropylene film resists tears at 26 lbs/in tensile strength
  • Reliable in cold or heat from 45° to 120° Fahrenheit
  • Stretches 165% to hug irregular boxes without snapping
  • Bulk case of 36 rolls keeps packing stations stocked

Hot-Melt Box-Sealing Tape

This case contains thirty-six rolls of two-inch-wide polypropylene tape printed with the word Inspected. Each roll provides one hundred ten yards of 1.9 mil film coated with a hot-melt rubber adhesive system designed for carton sealing and light bundling tasks.

Suited for high-volume pack stations

The tape works well in warehouses, fulfilment centres and shipping departments that need consistent adhesion across a range of conditions. Operations requiring a different width, a heavier film or a non-printed roll should consider alternative products.

Fits standard two-inch dispensers

Rolls mount on common hand-held or bench-top dispensers without modification. The synthetic rubber adhesive delivers quick stick and strong fiber tear while resisting moisture, chemicals and temperatures from forty-five to one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit.

Questions about this item

What type of dispenser or applicator is needed for the 2-inch wide rolls?

A standard 2-inch hand-held tape gun or desktop dispenser with a 3-inch core holder will accommodate the rolls.

Will the hot melt rubber adhesive bond reliably to recycled corrugated boxes that I already use?

The adhesive provides 48 oz/in adhesion and 26 lbs/in tensile strength, delivering strong fiber tear on recycled corrugated surfaces.

How can I verify the tape is performing correctly once I start sealing cartons?

Check for a tight unwind, immediate quick stick, and clean fiber tear when the seal is pulled; the tape should also hold across the 45 to 120 °F range.
