ATG Adhesive Transfer Tape for Assembly

This double-coated acrylic tape is built for product assembly, web mounting and envelope sealing. Supplied in a case of 48 rolls, each roll measures 3/4 inch wide by 36 yards long. The 1.6 mil thickness makes it a lightweight choice for ATG dispenser guns.

Acrylic Adhesive and Temperature Range

The acrylic adhesive delivers 25 oz/in of adhesion for reliable bonding. It remains effective across a -40 to 250 degree Fahrenheit range, so the tape suits both cold-storage and high-heat environments. No liner removal is needed when used with an ATG applicator.

1.6 Mil Thickness Decides Fit

At 1.6 mil this tape fits ATG guns designed for light-weight transfer adhesive. Buyers whose equipment requires a heavier film or a different core size should verify compatibility before ordering. The 36-yard length per roll also sets the reorder frequency.
