Double-coated transfer tape

This acrylic adhesive transfer tape measures 3/4" wide by 36 yards per roll and comes in a case of six rolls. It is reverse-wound for ATG dispensers and designed for mounting or closing printed glossy surfaces. The 5 mil thickness provides a consistent bond line for demanding assembly tasks.

Upgrade from single-sided or thinner tapes

Switching from single-sided tape eliminates the need for a carrier layer and doubles the bonding area in one pass. The jump is worth it when glossy substrates demand 144 oz/in adhesion and a -32° to 258° F service range that thinner films cannot sustain. Choose the 36-yard length when roll changes must be minimised on high-volume lines.

Build integration with ATG dispensers

The reverse-wound format feeds directly into ATG applicators without re-threading, freeing operators from manual liner removal. Each roll delivers 36 yards of continuous adhesive, reducing changeover frequency on automated or hand-held dispensing stations. The wide temperature window keeps the bond stable from freezer storage to heat-sealing stations.

Questions about this item

Does the 3/4" width fit my ATG dispenser?

The tape is reverse-wound on a 3/4-inch wide roll, matching standard ATG dispensers that accept that width.

How do I load the roll so the adhesive faces the right way?

Because it is reverse-wound, place the roll with the liner facing up; the adhesive transfers as you pull the tape forward.

Will the acrylic adhesive stay tacky through the -32° to 258° range?

The acrylic formulation maintains its 144 oz/in adhesion across the full -32° to 258° F temperature span.
