Decker Tape Products, Inc. 3/8" x 36 Yd Gray 60 mil Double Sided Acrylic Foam Tape

3/8″ Wide Double-Sided Acrylic Foam Tape

This gray foam tape measures 3/8 of an inch wide and provides a 36 yard roll length. It uses a 60 mil thick acrylic adhesive on both sides for immediate tack and very high final bond strength. The pressure-sensitive design bonds on contact without drilling, welding or refinishing. It creates a virtually invisible fastening that keeps surfaces smooth.

Check surface material and load requirements

Verify that the substrates you plan to join are compatible with acrylic foam adhesives and can achieve full contact across the 3/8″ width. Confirm the joint design does not exceed the shear or peel strength this 60 mil construction can deliver. Ensure the application environment stays within the temperature range the acrylic system tolerates. No primer or mechanical fasteners are needed for standard installations.

Suits OEMs and converters needing permanent

Manufacturers of trailers, RVs, boats, automotive aftermarket parts, elevators and limousines will benefit from the high tack and clean appearance. Buyers who need a removable or repositionable tape should look elsewhere. Applications requiring a narrower or wider roll width, a different adhesive chemistry, or a multi-roll pack are not served by this single-roll configuration.
