3" x 5" Black Rectangle Labels — 500 per Roll

These self-adhesive labels measure three inches by five inches and come in a roll of 500 pieces. The black face stock is coated on silicone release paper for clean dispensing. They are manufactured in the USA and ship within two to three days. Suitable for thermal-transfer or direct-thermal printers that accept this width and core size.

Who these suit — who should look elsewhere

Warehouses, offices and shippers needing high-contrast barcode or address labels on a standard roll will find the quantity and size practical. Buyers who want coloured face stock, a different label dimension or a fan-fold stack instead of a roll cannot use this product. The roll format also does not suit printers that only accept sheet-fed media.

What the bundled materials change

The silicone-coated release liner lets each label peel cleanly without tearing, reducing printer jams and wasted stock. Black face stock provides strong contrast for barcodes and text without needing a coloured ribbon. No software, label-design templates or printer drivers are included in the package.

Questions about this item

What label printer or applicator can feed a 3" x 5" roll of 500 black rectangle labels?

Any desktop or industrial label printer that accepts a 3-inch by 5-inch label size on a roll with a standard core will work with these 500 black paper labels.

Can I apply these black paper labels over older pre-printed or coloured labels without the old text showing through?

The black label colour and opaque paper stock on silicone-coated release paper are designed to cover existing markings, though a test on your specific surface is recommended.

How do I confirm the labels are printing and dispensing correctly after loading the roll?

Run a test print of a few labels; each should measure 3" x 5", feed cleanly from the silicone-coated liner, and show crisp, legible output on the black paper stock.
