Product Identity

Decker Tape Products, Inc. supplies these 4" x 4.75" toxic blank tab labels on a single roll containing 500 pieces. The white and black paper stock sits on silicone coated release paper for clean dispensing. Manufacturing takes place in the USA, providing a domestic source for high-volume mailing rooms.

Who It Suits And Who Should Look Elsewhere

Operations that process large batches of hazardous-material shipments will appreciate the 500-count roll length and the bold toxic legend printed on each tab. Buyers who need more storage capacity per roll or who require a different warning legend should look elsewhere because this product only offers the fixed toxic design at the stated quantity.

Critical Specification

The label dimensions measure 4" x 4.75" and the roll delivers exactly 500 labels, making the count and size the single specification that determines whether this roll matches the printer and the shipping volume.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 4.75-inch roll into a desktop label dispenser without the labels jamming on the silicone-coated release liner?

Thread the roll so the labels feed from the bottom, keep the silicone-coated release paper flat against the guide rollers, and set the tension just tight enough to prevent slack — too much tension causes the 500 labels to bind.

When will the adhesive on these white and black paper labels start to degrade and need a fresh roll?

The adhesive remains reliable for about one year at room temperature; after that the bond weakens and labels may lift, so plan to replace the roll annually.

How many 4.75-inch labels can I print continuously before the roll runs out and the printer stops?

Each roll contains exactly 500 labels, so the printer will stop after the 500th label is dispensed.
