Product Identity

Zoro Select open poly bags measure 4 inches by 3 inches with a 4 mil thickness and come in a 5000 count case pack. They are made from clear low-density polyethylene and meet FDA compliance standards. The flat-bottom design suits general packaging, mailing and storage tasks for small components or hardware.

Installation Notes

Bags arrive ready to use with an open top and no integrated closure; sealing requires separate tape, heat equipment or twist ties. The absence of a hang hole means they cannot be displayed on pegs without modification. Users should verify that the 3 inch width accommodates their items before opening the full case.

Deciding Specification

The 4 mil thickness determines whether the bag provides enough puncture resistance for the intended contents. Buyers needing heavier gauge material or a resealable closure will need a different product. The 5000 unit quantity also commits storage space that may not suit low-volume operations.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the bags meet the 4 mil thickness after opening the case?

Measure a sample with a calibrated micrometer at several points across the width; each reading should be at or above the stated 4 mil gauge.

What comes in the 5000 PK case and what must I supply separately?

The case contains 5000 clear low-density polyethylene open-top flat-bottom bags sized 4 in by 3 in; no hang holes, tape or labels are included.

Which package quantity should I choose for a small fulfilment operation?

The only configuration offered is the 5000-count case pack; order that single SKU and adjust reorder frequency to match your volume.
