  • Pre-printed "Accepted By" format streamlines receiving documentation

Fluorescent Green Accepted By Labels

These 3" x 5" fluorescent green labels feature black "Accepted By" text with a blank line for signatures. Each roll contains 500 labels on silicone-coated release paper for clean dispensing. They are manufactured in the USA and ship within two to three days. The high-visibility colour makes them easy to spot on packages or documents.

Shipping and inspection teams

Warehouse staff, quality-control clerks and shipping departments can use these to mark accepted items quickly. The permanent adhesive suits paper and cardboard surfaces in indoor environments. Operations needing custom wording, different dimensions or weatherproof outdoor durability should look at other label types. Buyers who want more labels per roll will need a different product.

500-label roll capacity

A single roll supplies 500 individual labels, covering several weeks of typical receiving volume for a small team. The 3" x 5" face provides enough room for a signature, date and brief note without crowding. Very high-throughput lines or multi-shift facilities will exhaust a roll faster and may need multiple rolls on hand.

What printer or label applicator do I need to use these 3" x 5" fluorescent green and black labels?

These labels require a printer or applicator that accepts 3-inch by 5-inch label stock on a roll with a silicone-coated release liner.

Will these fluorescent green labels jam in my older thermal-transfer desktop printer?

How can I verify the labels feed and print correctly after loading the roll?

Print a test batch and confirm each 3-inch by 5-inch label advances cleanly, the fluorescent green background is even, and the black "Accepted By" text is sharp without smudging.
