Approved labels for inventory

These blue and white paper labels measure two inches by three inches and arrive on silicone coated release paper. Each roll contains 500 labels and is manufactured in the USA. They suit businesses that need clear approved markings for stock control or shipping workflows.

Replacing hand written tags

The pre printed design removes the need for manual writing on boxes or pallets. The jump is worth it when volume makes hand labelling slow or inconsistent and a standard approved legend speeds up processing.

Limits of paper label stock

Paper stock on silicone coated release paper can degrade in damp or high heat environments and adhesive may fail on rough or dusty surfaces. The roll format requires a compatible dispenser or label applicator and is not suited for direct thermal or thermal transfer printers. Buyers who need waterproof or tear resistant labels should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What size label dispenser or printer slot do the 2" x 3" labels require?

The labels measure two inches by three inches and come on a roll, so the dispenser or printer must accept a roll of that width and length.

How do I load the roll so the blue and white labels feed correctly?

Place the roll with the silicone coated release paper facing down so the adhesive side feeds forward; threading it backwards is the common mistake.

When will I need to replace the roll?

Each roll contains five hundred labels, so replacement is needed once those are used.
