24-Roll Polyester Box Sealing Tape

This case contains twenty-four rolls of clear polyester tape measuring 1.9 mil thick by three inches wide and one hundred ten yards long. The hot-melt rubber adhesive delivers forty-eight ounces per inch of adhesion and twenty-six pounds per inch of tensile strength. It is designed for general box sealing in shipping and storage environments.

Suited for high-volume packing stations

Warehouses and fulfilment centres that seal large numbers of cartons daily will appreciate the bulk quantity and consistent roll length. Operations that require a different width, a heavier film or an acrylic adhesive system should evaluate alternative products.

Performance across a wide temperature span

The tape maintains its bond from forty-five to one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit, so it remains reliable in cold storage and warm loading docks alike. Elongation of one hundred sixty-five percent lets the film stretch under tension without snapping during prolonged handling.

Questions about this item

What dispenser width is needed for the 3-inch tape rolls?

A standard 3-inch core desktop or handheld dispenser will hold each roll; the case contains 24 rolls of that width.

Will the hot-melt rubber adhesive bond to recycled corrugated boxes stored in a cold warehouse?

Yes, the adhesive is rated from 45 to 120 °F and delivers 48 oz/in adhesion on typical recycled fibreboard.

How can I verify the seal is holding at the rated 26 lbs/in tensile strength?

After applying, pull the sealed flap firmly; a proper bond will resist tearing and the polyester backing will stretch up to 165 % before breaking.
