The acrylic adhesive maintains its bond across a 32 to 302 degrees Fahrenheit range, so the tape performs in cold storage and through heat-print processes without losing tack. At 5.1 mil thick it delivers 54 ounces per inch of adhesion and 5.5 pounds per inch of tensile strength with 3 percent elongation, giving consistent holding power under thermal cycling.
