Economy-grade filament tape for light bundling

This case contains 48 rolls of mono filament tape measuring 3/4 inch wide by 60 yards long. Each roll uses a rubber adhesive on a 4 mil backing reinforced with fiberglass strands. The construction delivers 110 lbs/in tensile strength and 78 oz/in adhesion across a 32 to 150 degree Fahrenheit range.

Suits non-critical bundling and palletizing

The tape fits warehouses, farms and shipping stations that need quick-stick reinforcement for light loads. It is not designed for heavy-duty strapping, structural joins or applications that demand higher tensile ratings or specialized adhesives.

Works with standard dispensers and cutters

The 3/4 inch width matches common hand-held or bench-top tape guns so operators can apply it without extra tools. The moderate strength and temperature tolerance free up inventory space by covering general bundling tasks with a single economical SKU.

Questions about this item

What dispenser width fits the 3/4" tape rolls in this case?

A standard 3/4-inch wide filament tape dispenser or handheld gun is required to apply these rolls efficiently.

Can the 110 lbs/in tensile strength handle the same loads as my older heavy-duty strapping tape?

This economy grade offers moderate tensile strength at 110 lbs/in, suitable for light palletizing and bundling rather than heavy industrial strapping.

How do I verify the adhesive is activating correctly during application?

The rubber adhesive provides high tack and quick stick; the tape should bond instantly to cardboard or itself with firm pressure at room temperature.
