High-Visibility Flatback Tape

This fluorescent orange rope flatback tape is designed for identification tasks that require long-distance visibility. It uses a rubber adhesive system and comes in a bulk case of 36 rolls for high-volume operations. The tape is also suitable for printing applications.

Sustained Environmental Performance

The tape maintains its bond across a 32 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range. Its 6.3 mil thickness and 30 lbs/in tensile strength resist mechanical stress during extended use. Adhesion holds at 42 oz/in while the 3% elongation allows flexibility without failure.

Questions about this item

Will the rubber adhesive on this fluorescent orange tape hold up in a hot warehouse that reaches 150°F all day?

The tape is rated for a 32° to 150° Fahrenheit range, so the rubber adhesive remains functional at the top end of that scale.

What surface preparation or primer is needed before applying this flatback tape to a concrete floor?

The rubber adhesive bonds directly to clean, dry surfaces such as concrete, metal or wood without a separate primer.

Can I run this 1-inch tape through a standard desktop dispenser I already own?

Standard 1-inch core desktop dispensers accept the 1-inch width, but verify the core diameter matches your dispenser before use.
