4" x 4" OK To Ship Check Labels

These self-adhesive labels measure four inches by four inches and come in rolls of 500. The face stock shows a red, white and black OK To Ship check design printed on paper with a silicone-coated release liner. They are manufactured in the USA and ship within two to three days. Ideal for warehouses and fulfilment centres that need a quick visual confirmation on outbound cartons.

Suited for high-volume shipping stations

The 500-label roll length supports continuous packing lines without frequent reloads. The aggressive adhesive bonds cleanly to corrugated boxes and poly mailers alike. Operations that require colour-coded status tags beyond the single OK To Ship message will need a different label design. Buyers who want more storage or a dispenser box should look at something else.

Consistent adhesion through a full shift

The silicone-coated liner feeds smoothly through desktop dispensers and industrial applicators, reducing jams during sustained use. Paper face stock resists curling in humid loading bays so the check mark stays legible from first label to last. No special coating is advertised for extreme cold or outdoor exposure.

Questions about this item

What printer do I need to use these 4" x 4" OK To Ship labels?

They work with thermal-transfer or direct-thermal desktop label printers that accept 4-inch wide rolls on a standard 1-inch or 3-inch core.

Can I apply these labels over older shipping stickers without them showing through?

The opaque red, white and black print on the paper stock blocks out underlying marks, so old barcodes or handwriting stay hidden.

How can I verify the roll contains the full 500 labels after I receive it?

Count the perforated sheets — each roll is supplied with exactly 500 individual 4" x 4" labels on silicone-coated release paper.
