Premium Grade Polyester Filament Tape

This case contains 72 rolls of 1/2-inch by 60-yard polyester filament tape designed for maximum security on heavy-duty carton closures. It is suited for warehouse operations, shipping departments and industrial packing lines that require high tensile strength.

Rubber adhesive applies cleanly to irregular

The rubber adhesive bonds quickly to corrugated and irregular shaped cartons for both automatic and semi-automatic L-clip applications. The 8.5 mil thickness resists tearing during high-speed dispensing, while 4.5 percent elongation prevents snapping under sudden load shifts.

Verify temperature range

Confirm the 40 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit operating range matches your storage and transit environments. Ensure ASTM D-5330 Type II approval satisfies any regulatory or customer packaging requirements.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 330 lbs/in tensile strength is performing correctly after applying the tape?

After sealing a heavy carton, check that the tape holds firm under load without stretching beyond the 4.5 % elongation or splitting along the filament reinforcement.

What exactly ships in the case and do I need a dispenser or blades separately?

The case contains 72 rolls of 1/2" x 60 Yd filament tape; a compatible hand or machine dispenser and cutting blades are not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the standard 60-yard rolls or the long-length 360-yard rolls for my L-clip machine?

Select the 60-yard rolls if your semi-automatic L-clip applicator is designed for that length; choose the 360-yard rolls only if the equipment explicitly supports the longer roll to minimise changeovers.
