Special-Order Labels for High-Volume Use

These bright yellow labels with black print are designed for operations that process large batches of special-order items. Each roll supplies 500 labels so fulfillment teams can keep moving without frequent roll changes. The silicone-coated release liner feeds cleanly through compatible printers to reduce jams during long runs.

Capacity and Headroom

A single roll delivers 500 labels measuring three by five inches, giving ample surface for order details, barcodes and handling instructions. The paper stock handles standard thermal or direct-thermal printing without smudging. Very high-volume warehouses will need multiple rolls on hand because the count is fixed per roll and cannot be extended.

Practical Limits of the Label Format

The three-by-five-inch size fits most common label printers but will not work in machines that only accept narrower or shorter media. Paper stock on a silicone liner is not waterproof or tear-resistant, so labels exposed to moisture or rough handling may degrade. Buyers needing weatherproof or synthetic materials should look for a different label construction.

Questions about this item

Will these 3" x 5" bright yellow labels feed reliably through my older desktop label printer?

The 3" x 5" paper stock on silicone-coated release liner is designed for standard label printers; test a few labels first to confirm smooth feeding and print alignment on your specific machine.

How can I verify the labels are printing correctly once loaded?

Print a test batch and check that the bright yellow background and black text appear sharp, that each 3" x 5" label separates cleanly from the liner, and that 500 labels advance without jams.

Does the roll include a core or holder, or do I need to buy one separately?

The roll contains 500 labels on silicone-coated release paper; any core, spindle, or dispenser required by your printer is not included and must be sourced separately.
