Case of 24 rolls of white double-coated polyethylene tape, 36 yards each, with rubber adhesive and 50 oz/in adhesion
This white double-coated polyethylene tape is built for splicing rolls of polyethylene on turkey netting, joining films, bonding woven materials and handling core startups. A rubber adhesive coats both sides of the 4 mil film to deliver 50 oz/in adhesion and 7 lbs/in tensile strength. The tape stretches to 100 percent elongation and operates from -5 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each case contains 24 rolls measuring 2 inches wide by 36 yards long, giving production lines enough length for extended splicing runs without frequent roll changes. The double-coated construction means adhesive contacts both surfaces immediately, reducing setup time compared with single-sided alternatives. Rubber adhesive maintains tack across the stated temperature range so bonds hold in cold storage and warm processing areas alike.
The 4 mil polyethylene carrier is thick enough to resist tearing during high-tension splicing yet thin enough to conform to irregular film and netting surfaces. Thinner tapes may lack the tensile strength needed for 7 lbs/in loads, while thicker tapes can bridge gaps poorly on textured woven materials. This thickness targets the sweet spot for the listed splicing applications.

The tape is rated for continuous use from -5°F to 140°F; the rubber adhesive maintains its bond within this range without specified degradation.
The 7 lbs/in tensile strength defines the maximum load the tape can bear before breaking, so sustained tension approaching this value will cause failure first.
The tape itself produces no heat; it simply withstands ambient temperatures up to 140°F without softening or losing its 50 oz/in adhesion.
