White double-coated polyethylene tape with rubber adhesive holds 50 oz/in adhesion and 7 lbs/in tensile strength across -5 to 140 °F
This double-coated polyethylene tape is built for splicing rolls of netting, film and woven materials in packaging and converting lines. The rubber adhesive bonds instantly to poly substrates and holds through tension and handling. A case of 96 rolls keeps high-volume operations supplied without frequent reorders.
The high-tack rubber system delivers 50 oz/in adhesion and 7 lbs/in tensile strength across a -5 to 140 °F service window. At 4 mil thick with 100 % elongation, the tape conforms to irregular surfaces and absorbs shock during roll startup. Both sides stay aggressive so splices hold from core to final unwind.
Ninety-six rolls in a single carton reduce changeover time on continuous web processes. The 36-yard length per roll supports long runs between splices on turkey netting and similar wide-web applications. White polyethylene carrier provides clean visibility against dark films while resisting moisture and chemical exposure in plant environments.

The polyethylene carrier resists UV degradation for extended outdoor use, but the rubber adhesive may lose tack after prolonged direct sunlight; inspect bonds seasonally and replace any tape showing brittleness or adhesive ooze.
The 50 oz/in adhesion limit is reached before the 7 lbs/in tensile strength, so the bond to the substrate will fail before the tape backing itself breaks.
At 140 °F the rubber adhesive remains within its rated temperature range, so it will not soften excessively or release volatile compounds during all-day exposure.
