Two-tier countertop tray set

The Deflect-o 63304 Super Tray set provides two stackable trays for organising documents on a desk or countertop. It is suited to offices, clinics or home workspaces that need to keep letter-to-legal paperwork upright and accessible. The set includes four 3-inch and four 5-inch risers to create the two levels. Lightweight plastic construction makes the unit easy to move when cleaning or rearranging.

Break-resistant trays with tall risers

Each tray is moulded from durable plastic that resists cracking even when loaded with heavy catalogues or medical files. The extra-tall risers give a full 6-1/2 inch clearance on the bottom tier for taller items. Integrated label areas on both trays help identify contents at a glance. The material adds strength without the bulk of metal alternatives.

Stable stacking under sustained weight

The sturdy risers lock the trays together so the assembly remains rigid when fully loaded day after day. Front-load orientation keeps documents from sliding out during frequent access. Plastic feet protect the surface beneath from scratches. The set maintains its shape without warping under continuous use.

Questions about this item

How are the risers fitted to create the two-tier layout?

The set includes four 3" and four 5" plastic risers that stack between the two trays; the taller risers go on the bottom to give the lower tray its full storage height.

What upkeep will the plastic trays and risers require over time?

Wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth; the break-resistant plastic does not need lubrication or replacement parts under normal office use.

What load limit appears first when the trays are filled continuously?

Each tray is rated for letter-to-legal files and heavy catalogs; the bottom tray reaches its capacity first because it bears the combined weight of both tiers.
